Still not sure what we can say but they always were going to akin to buying a lottery ticket. One of the most anticipated features coming soon anyway.
I'm dead set against them.

I also think youth academies are going to be great. Sure it's a bit of a lottery, but that's what youth development ought to be a little more like. Don't forget, it'll still take the time and investment to turn high potential youth into star players, so teams that don't put in the work aren't going to end up with an academy that churns out world-class players.
It's great because it'll mean that every team in the GW can have a youth team, instead of just a handful that feel like making the investment. This is better for everyone.
