Stadiums Again: A Hard Cap?

There does appear to be a hard cap on earnings:-


The stadium above is literally money no object, I knock a stand down and my earnings go down by £1k a day.

    My guess would be that - you have a slight overcapacity?
    If you can't sell the seats, you wouldn't get income from it right?
